Tropical Telecom (VI E-Cell Tropical Telecom Ltd.) is a telecommunications and digital infrastructure holding company headquartered in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. 

We are an investment and operating company with operations in the US Virgin Islands, US mainland and Haiti and with wholesale operations in several markets.  Tropical Telecom operates primarily through its subsidiaries.

Tropical Telecom’s focus is on telecommunications in underserved and emerging markets with a focus on broadband internet, television, cellular, VoIP, OTT and streaming services and business solutions.  We also invest in and operate wireless infrastructure such as fiber optic networks, multi-tenant towers, collocation buildings, connectivity and renewable power infrastructure.

Tropical Telecom is a provider of telecom services to tax-advantaged companies in the US Virgin Islands in association with the University of the Virgin Islands Research and Technology park, UVI RTPark.
